BCB Holdings Limited - De-listing of BCB

This is to advise of the following:

103,642,984 BCB Holdings Limited Fund Units (BCB) will be de-listed from the Stock Exchange on Tuesday 04th February, 2014.

The de-listing order was granted pursuant to an application for de-listing made by the Exchange. On January 15th 2014, the Board of Commissioners considered the application and approved the de-listing.
